Sometimes nothing hits the spot better than a nice, juicy burger! The good news is that you do not eat at the restaurant experience a new burger and creative. Pub-Style Burger

Ingredients:
2 lb. ground beef sirloin
4 large hamburger buns or rolls of your choice
1 / 4 cup bread crumbs
3 / 4 cup sour cream
1 / 4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 / 4 cup chives (chopped)
1 / 4 cup applesauce (no sugar)
1 / 4 cup horseradish
1 / 4 cup parsley (finely chopped)
1 tsp tablespoons olive oil
1 bunch watercress
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Mix applesauce, sour cream, horseradish, bread crumbs, pepper and chives. Cover with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate. In a large bowl, Mix together the beef, parsley and Worcestershire sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Shape beef into four patties of decent size. Coat each one in oil oil and cook in a skillet until it reaches your desired doneness. When assembling the burger, place a piece of watercress and horseradish mixture on top of the cake, then cover with a bun.

Tasty Turkey Burger

Ingredients:
2 pounds turkey chopped
4 hamburger buns or rolls of your choice
Salt and pepper
2 v. tablespoons olive oil
1 / 4 cup chicken broth
2 v. tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 shallot (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2 sprigs thyme (chopped)
2 v. capers (chopped)

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey with salt and pepper. When the salt and pepper were well mixed with the meat, divide into four sections, even. Shape each section into a ball. Pour olive oil in a skillet and heat to medium-high heat. Cook the burgers about 7 to 8 minutes per side. While burgers are cooking, combine chicken broth, shallots, Dijon, capers, garlic and thyme in a bowl. About two or three minutes before finishing frying the patties, pour the mixture of chicken broth into the pan. Turn the pancakes at least once so they can get a good coating of the mixture.

Oriental Style Sausage Burgers

Ingredients:
2 pounds ground meat sausages
6 hamburger buns or rolls of your choice
1 egg
3 / 4 cup sweet and sour sauce
2 v. tablespoon soy sauce
1 / 4 c. Ginger Tea
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 / 3 cup onion (finely diced)
1 (5 oz) water chestnuts (drained and chopped)
1 cup bean sprouts

Directions:
In a large bowl, Mix the sausage meat, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, water chestnuts, ginger, garlic and soy sauce and mix well. Allow it to cool in the refrigerator for about half an hour. After cooling, separate the meat into 6 equal portions, then form into patties. Bring your grill to medium-high heat and cook patties until no pink meat left. We can toast the buns or rolls on the grill, so if you want. Top the cake with bean sprouts and sweet and sour sauce before adding the bun top.

Teriyaki Burger

Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef sirloin
4 hamburger buns or rolls of your choice
1 (3 oz) French Onion fried
1 / 4 cup teriyaki sauce
4 slices of cheese mild / medium cheddar

Directions:
In a bowl, combine ground beef, French fried onions and teriyaki sauce. Once this has been well mixed, divide meat into four portions and form patties. Lightly oil of your barbecue grill and preheat over medium-high heat. Grill each patty until it reaches the desired doneness. Garnish with cheese and desired condiments.
