louvre paris

What is the distance between the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and the Hotel Sheraton paris Airport?
I plan to arrive to Paris by train from London via the English Channel. I wanted to know if it is advised to stay at the Sheraton Airport Hotel Paris, if I want to go to see the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre museum and the bridge in Paris. Also, how long would it take to cover the whole of Paris (sight-seeing)? Is there a particular circuit of Paris that I should be aware? Please advise.
I agree: BAD BAD bad idea. Coming by train you will be lucky to get to the heart of Paris, so why stay in a hotel far the suburbs if you just visit paris? You can walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre (3 km = less than 2 miles) or take the subway or bus. Check the website for www.ratp.fr download maps and other info. How long it takes to cover the whole of Paris depends on your idea of sightseeing. 2 days is the bare minimum to get an overview of main attractions. But you could stay for weeks and no time to enjoy everything either. No need to make Visits unless perhaps those bike tours, they are kinda fun and you learn a lot. Another way to see less athletic the main attraction is the boat trip on the Seine. If you are traveling alone and have not prepared Hiring your journey as a guide for yourself can be a good idea for a half-day or two, if not forget it. Your hotels will have brochures or You can obtain a list of travel guides, tourist office (www.parisinfo.com). Do not go on a major tour, they are ridiculous and a complete waste time.
